We work with a quality management system certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which requires us to document processes, measure results, and continuously improve. This methodology translates into more reliable products, fewer incidents on site, and greater safety for the installer and the end user.
At KELTEK Elevation, quality is not a formality; it is the foundation of the business. Each guide, each weighing system, and each component undergoes defined controls, from the receipt of the material to packaging and shipping.
We apply dimensional and functional controls at different stages of the process, supported by our own verification tools and a traceability system that allows us to know which stages each piece has passed through. This allows us to respond with data when there is a question or incident and offer quick and well-founded solutions.
